JUNE 2006: JFA Is On The Move Again
As some of you already know, (because we have already had to delay scheduled or ongoing project work) Jay Fine Art is on the move again. Not far from the current location, the new abode offers an even greater diversity of sets, and the same location choice.

The move will be complete by the end of July, and work can begin again from August 1st.

JANUARY 2006: New Multimedia Presentation Service
Jay Fine Art is to introduce a new Multimedia Presentation Service for the photographic (and video) industry. This service will help assist with the self promotion of anyone involved in the modelling industry. Likely clients initially include photographic and video models, with the service being extended to model agencies, hair stylists, make-up artists and photographers in 2007 / 2008.

The service will provide a variety of material on a CD which will be packaged in a professional quality DVD case presentation format. The CD contents will vary according to the skills being presented, but the basic format will allow the key skills to be displayed using stills, video or other multimedia techniques. This can be combined with live links to internet portfolios or web sites, and if required, can also contain a copy of the promoters web site.

It is planned that a 'shopping list' of the following information will be included in the DVD, which is seen as a valuable and unique marketing tool for presentation to prospective clients:

• biographical information in text format, or presented to camera
• still or video examples of the professionals work and styles
• stills or video of preparation work for a shoot
• stills or video of an actual shoot
• links to, or a copy of the professionals web site
• a montage / cameo of previous work set to music, and with professional titles
• full colour DVD cover, with insert

The service is available now, and inquiries are being received already. The service follows a positive response to market research carried out in the latter part of 2005.

2005 NEWS....
Jay has relocated to rural Suffolk to a large house located close to road and rail links.

The property has:

- A private enclosed garden with many features allowing multiple sets
- Many local locations covering various themes
- Seven rooms which allow different themed sets

Jay Fine Art can also:

- Accommodate model AND chaperone
- Provide a make-up and hair specialist available free of charge
 

Specialist Prints

We now print our images which can subsequently be mailed in stout cardboard tubes, or mounted on to card ready for framing.

We use the Epson 1290S specialist A3 printer with Epson colour print paper. We also have an arrangement with a specialist printer which means we can produce murals and giant posters to full building size.
